FOXNews story by Ed Barnes confirms that Barack Obama gave nearly $1.1 million in two separate grants using his position while on the board of Joyce Foundation a Chicago-based charity he helped fund a carbon trading exchange that will likely play a critical role in the cap-and-trade carbon reduction program and now he is trying to push through Congress as president.

Obama was instrumental in developing and launching the privately-owned Chicago Climate Exchange, which now North Americas only legally binding greenhouse gas emission registry reduction system for emission sources and offset projects in North America and Brazil and monopoly on cap and trade system for all six greenhouse gases, with global affiliates and projects worldwide, privately owned by Al Gore and Maurice Strong.
