This is the full interview I did with Dan Barker for a documentary I'm working on. Dan was once an Evangelical Minister who is now one of the most prominent atheists in the United States and co-president of The Freedom From Religion Foundation.

Haha. Did anyone else notice that Dan has his own book sandwiched between Dawkins' "The God Delusion" and Hitchens' "God Is Not Great"?? Very sneaky!

Actually, I just filmed Dan at a member of the Triangle Freethought Society's house when he was in NC giving a lecture and it is just her bookshelf in the background, so Dan had nothing to do with placing his book there. I drove in to Greensboro and had to do the interview very quickly and get back to Winston-Salem to paint a model I had scheduled, so I just pulled a chair over in front of the bookcase and filmed and then rushed home, so there was no book-conspiracy, I assure you! (-:

Life in it self is not empirical. Empirical only relevant in the atoms, since it is where the word 'empirical' came from. You exist as long as life is in you, once it is gone, the body that is made of atoms joins the other atoms - making it nothing more than dust.
