Apology II

Entitled Apology II, this five-minute film short was produced from a script written by Katie Davis, associate professor of drama at USAO, and Chris Bennett, a senior English major from Moore. Beginning with a scene that could be taken from any World Thought class at USAO, Apology II invites the viewer to join a journey of ideas that transcend time and place. The animation process was a mixture of low-fi and high tech as pieces of cut paper fragments were scanned and then formed into moving pictures using a computer animation program called Flash. The completed film was scored with music composed by Dr. Stephen Weber, USAO professor of music and Ryan Newbrough, a senior political science major from Chickasha. Shayna Woidke is animation director.
