Unlike most other albums/CDs, "Songs in the Key of Life" contained NOT ONE song that was less than great. I played the actual record into the ground years ago; then got the CD. Playing it so much, my children became big Stevie Wonder fans also.

the world is in need of love today. This song takes me back to when we would travel to OHio from cali to see my dads fols.

Arriving for my first semester at college in '76 at a far-away school, I felt very alone. That is, until I bought this record and played it on the excellent stereo I brought with me. I instantly became very popular in the dorm. Everyone else was feeling the same way as me, I can see now. This first song was very encouraging and soothing. My favorite song is still SATURN.

Man, I remember when "Songs in the Key of Life" came out. We had it on 8 track. It took Stevie Wonder two years to write and record it. It came right after his last album Innervisions(1974). Artists dont take their time like that anymore.
