If you get pregnant after only 4 months of trying, you are quite lucky. I know women that have been trying for 10 years and will probably never conceive.

Maybe, but that is what they want. Equal rights for women is about choice and if the Duggar women choose to live their lives that way then that is their prerogative. Saying that all women should work is just as bad as saying all women should stay home and raise children. While I personally won't be living my life the way the Duggars do I am grateful that I have the choice as to whether to pursue a career or not. I know lots of stay at home mums who are completely happy.

@TheTammyTube They can do internal ones as well ...not explaining how ... they sometimes give a better reading when you are still early in pregnancy I think ..
