@Fluffypopcicle lol you again! I think you misunderstood me. What I ment was that Hendrix is what I call, an entry. I actually heard Hendrix ( his music that is. I knew who he was before) long after I started playing. Most people that start playing is influenced by Hendrix. I wasn't. I was influenced to become a musician by classical music, the thrash bands, prog bands, and japanese bands (not visual kei bands, they're gay). Mention a few then. 5 guitarists who are better than guthrie.

@luigibattista10 on drums is Atma Anur, original cacophony drummer. he also played for Jason's solo albums. he's a monster drummer!

How hilarious, Guthrie has stated Hendrix as an influence yet you state Hendrix only influences non-musicians and at the same time you are trying to argue how great Govan is. Guthrie is great, but there are a handful of guitarists that demolish him in those aspects you mentioned. Plenty of guitarists have all of the above.

The drummer is also amazing.

i love it when the arpeggios kick in and the melody flows over it close to the end

marty's solo in this song is soooooooo good

How the fuck can you NOT love jason becker, his melodies, his skill were so far ahead of every guitarist of this time man. The dude fucking breathed music. So fucking cut the day i heard he got ALS, i ended up, learning this whole album as a tribute.....took me 2 years goddamit.
