Signs of a Heart Attack include: shortness of breath, chest heaviness or pain, pain moving to the neck, arm or back, feel hot and sweating, arm heaviness usually the left arm. If you are diabetic you may have no symptoms at all.
Take an aspirin if you are not allergic, sit down and rest, and call 91.

I love your videos. I wish nursing school was this much fun :) When we learned about heart attacks, the instructor told us the patient should not take the aspirin with water, but instead chew it up and swallow it because it enters the blood stream faster that way.
