To all the creationist and ID advocates, gaps in evolutionary theory are the meat and potatoes for scientists. They give the scientists the avenue to embark on the five-step scientific process which relies on empirical and objective evidence. ID does not show why and how the "designer" made any specific complexity occur, it just shows that some "designer" could be responsible for it. I'm not a scientist but that doesn't represent the basic tenants of science. R

well well well.....they had their day in court....and the evidence proves we evolved...its great to be human......and i say its about time we raise again and take god to court again.....this time we sue him for slander..........for calling me a sinner....a born sinner.......if thats not slander then i dont know what is.....and for attempted blackmail.......for daming my soul (if we really do have one) to hell just because i WILL NOT accept their version of the truth.........

if evolution and intelligent design were fairly evenly split or even if ID had a significant scientific following (say 15%) then it might be suitable for a high school science class. Its not and it isn't.
The judge did a fantastic job.
