@waterproffradio To easily covert 24hr clock to something you might understand, deduct 12 from the hour if is the PM. E.g 15hrs ; 15-12=3p.m. The tens part of the number is aften going to be 1-1 so with the last digit the highest is only ever going to be a 9 (9-2=7) So 19hrs = 7p.m.
