Then you're haven't even come close to realizing it's potential handling wise.

I have a 98 Legacy GT Limited that EASILY out handles a 98 Honda Accord EX, both in stock form.

That ITR has 60% front weight distribution & that Impreza has 52%. That Impreza STi eats the ITR around a track in stock form. However, the drawback is that there is more skill to drive a Subaru than a Honda. I know, I've driven plenty a Honda & a Subaru. They're in totally different classes in handling.

No, it will not. Assuming that a Civic & an Impreza had the same weight, were both AWD, & were both tuned to optimum efficiency, the Impreza will win every single time. This is simple due to the fact that all-motor builds usually lack the TQ necessary to match up to their turbo counterparts. Turbo engines produce much more usable TQ all over it's powerband & have a higher level of tuning potential than an N/A ever will.

300bhp/210ft-lbs < 300bhp/420ft-lbs. This is before mentioning gearing...

@domination281 TROLOOLOLOLOL. The STI understeers MORE. I used to have a 99 UK spec Integra Type R that was joyous on the track, I sold it and bought a 400WHP 98 JDM STI and it's nowhere near as nice and easy to use on the track!!
