no .. after the war, UN, said Iraq was the agressor, you can't change this fact, you agree on this or not? the same way Iraq pay debts to Kuwait, because Iraq was also named agressor against Kuwait. Khomeini could say anything he wanted, just like saddam.. and I',m talking about 1980-1988 , not 2007 or 2009

@IranMarzban no it wasnt buddy, In 2007 or 2009 Iran broke the Algiers agreement again, and during the interview with the spokesmen he CLEARLY states that it was Iran that broke the agreement and Khomeini said he wanted to SPREAD HIS REVOLUTION! Iraq was just defending itself

both Iranian and Iraqi people suffered during the war... but remember that it was Iraq that started the war, and used chemical weapons against Iranians...we had to defend ourselves.
