stimulus must be above eye level. it is below. Tell the taller man to bring his chin down so you can do it properly. What is a stimuli? How bout calling it a light? I hope that was a demonstration and not how test is given. The number of seconds for each faze was to quick and would not be admissible in court.
Forgot to tell him on walk and turn to watch feet, count out loud, keep hands to side and dont stop; another test thrown out.
A refresher course is in order.
