If you use what we used to call a "false fence" screwed to the back fence of the machine two cuts are not needed. New machines have a Laser to guide you "right first time" .Chopsaw? Snippersaw? never heard it called a Dropsaw then again I have never dropped one! saw that is.
this is why modern drop saws have lasers

why dont you just line the blade up the first time , it will save heaps of time. the narrator guy sounds depressed
