What colour is your belt in this video? Is it green? I mean - I know in Yoshinkan Aikido the 4th kyu means the green belt, but is it allowed to wear it before passing the test? I'm preparing for 4th kyu test next month and, until I graduate, I am allowed to wear only my orange belt. Thank you

Sir I dont mean to be rude to you but why is it that only Japanese are allowed 3rd kyu and up?
Also sir why is it that you talked about Shawn's failures instead of his accomplishments in the description of this video?
You are indeed a teacher sir and I do respect you but can you please reply to me.
Thank you Sir.

The tests at the higher kyu levels encourage us as students to learn the Japanesse name for the techniques to broaden our understanding. It is also educational in that it can prepare us to interact with other aikidoka who may be from different countries, when we don't understand each other's native language.

This is me in the video who fell. I like to have s sense of humour about myself, and it is quite funny, especially the grunt I make as I go down. I point out the failings I have in this video as a joke. I find that as aikido was are our own harshest critics, and I find that I have alot to learn. I was pretty happy with this test and welcome comments. OSU!
