A unique feature of strongergrip indian clubs is the large knob on end that can be used for super cool exercises. http://www.strongergrip.com

  • I love the thick handled clubs, Ryan. That ball on the end REALLY works the fingers. I have one loaded to about 17 lbs and I swing it and catch it with a variety of finger placements and from a variety of hand angles. Using an underhand grip and keeping the ball on the thumb pad, I can simulate a v-bar grip and really snap the club out, working the wrist and the grip at the same time. Awesome product. Thanks.

  • Really strong...thanks for the vid. Franco Behring

  • Its like a macebell... but with a shorter handle, the torque won't be as intense, but... you can use it with a lot more versatility and circular motion because the handle is shorter, both clubs and maces are awesome beyond words and should be used in conjunction with one another.

  • thats just like a macebell right? where can i get one?

  • I don't think anybody on you tube is in position to 2nd guess this guys word on strength training or equipment. when you rate Adam Glass's comments or videos your talking about an up and coming legend in the making. they will be talking about his feats 50 years from now. will they be talking about yours or mine ? And he is accessible reaching his hand out to help others achieve the super human feats he does on a regular basis. Give respect were it is due.

  • I agree. I'm not for sure what Scott Sonnon is talking about. Maybe it was deleted.

  • Why is there a video response to this? I don't see any challenge issued in the video or comments.....

  • those are a bit spendy... what's the max weight? I've been looking for an alternative to a clubbell since I just cannot stand the rmax site and forums.

  • Ryan that is a beautifully made club. Really first class man, great video as well
