I am a transpersonal counsellor and hypnotherapist and I have counselled two people for weight loss. Neither were obese but but just carrying a bit too much weight. I educated them to avoid fructose and backed it up with about 30 minutes hypno each and both lost over six kilos and it stayed off. I omitted fructose from my diet and lost 3.5 kilos (all I needed) and my blood fats etc. all dropped well into the green even though I eat cheese, butter, bacon and eggs etc.

Thank you so much for this video.Makes alot of sense even thiugh I never thought about this sugar addiction how you have explained. I have PCOS (Polycystic ovarian syndrome)and I am as well insulin resistant. I have a question in regards to the Hcg hormone .i struggle with sugar cravings especially after my diagnoses about a year ago . I have been researching on the "HCG diet " where u use hcg to help with weight loss. Is that something you would recommend?can my Rep Endocrinologist help w/that

cont. (damn, 500 characters is a joke). Anyway.....School food is poison and the snack kids bring from home is almost always something along the line of Pop Tarts, cookies, snack cakes, etc. 99% of the kids I've taught don't eat real food. Half of the idiot teachers at my school reward kids daily with candy (one gives it out at 7:30 am before class). Many teachers at our school give the students Mountain Dew before important tests because it supposedly improves their performance. So sad.
I use NO sugar now. I either have raw blue agave nectar or raw honey. RAW is important because the other stuff is processed.
