Many investigation clients are requiring private investigators to email them their investigative reports. If you include even just a few photographs or images in your report the document will usually get too large to email, either because it will take hours to upload and download the file or simply because the client's email server will not accept file sizes larger than several megabytes.

Compressing the images in the report will dramatically reduce the file's size and we show you how to do just that using Microsoft Word in this video.
