It's perfectly simple it couldn't be simpler.
there's the accountant who survived the Stalin purges who is now having flashbacks to that time who is in a hopelessly crumbling relationship to the daughter of the man who runs the weapons facility who aided in the designing of a new prototype that was used in the Russians defense of their homeland. then there's the journalist who is investigating the accountant because he doesn't think he was in Stalin at the time of the purges.

With 1.3.1, wouldn't it help to go under highpass filter, and bring up the rolloff and filter quality?

If some of you can't find the FFT Filter its because your using 1.3 Audacity. 1.3 Audacity uses a more advanced version of this its the effect call "Equalization" when you find it just follow these directions.

@D4K44R1 no, im saying that my audacity has no high pass filter for some reason (it's not just that i can't see it, i checked the effects list for like ten minutes constantly)
