ZELIGFILM, Thanks for the posting. Thank you Mr Wilson for my SOLOFLEX and your ingenuity that made it possible. Even though I find my SOLOFLEX very effective, oddly enough i think it is a piece of art and looks great in my place. Thanks again, P.S I hope your company SOLOFLEX brings back the equipment organizer for the muscle machine as i am aching to add it to other SOLFLEX products.

well I should have qualified my statement by saying that I used the machine about 15 times over a year as it was my cousins. It was a relative statement in comparison to what I was used to. Perhaps if I had owned it personally it may have become easy and more second nature. I certainly would not disuade someone from purchasing a unit from ebay and taking advantage of the customer service for parts needed.

I never found the transitions between the exercises troublesome. I always thought it was easy.

I thinik dumbbells were around when he began work on the soloflex. HAHA I thnk that there was a safe way to lift weights at home. LOL IN anycase he created a work of art in my favorite industry. The only short coming was the transitions between exercises, a little too much set up. But a great idea innovation. The first infomercial the first home exercise equipment of its kind. Not there are a crap load or immitators. Love those soloflex hanging abs and decine abs and hanging crunches.
