This song was one of my favorites from friend Tommy. He made such a great impression on me when he was at our house for supper. I asked how he came up with the song. He said he was late for a studio session and went through an alley and met a lady walking her dog. Dog started growling at Tommy. She told Tommy that he didn't have to worry about getting bit, dog had no teeth. TRUE STORY!

Great to see a video of Tommy Collins doing his own song!! Wow, very nice. During the 1970s to the 1990s, one verse of this song was featured at Disneyland in their "Country Bear Jamboree" attraction. They also used a verse of the 1968 Buck Owens hit song "How Long Will My Baby Be Gone" in the "Country Bear Jamboree."
Got to see Buck Owens a few times doing his 1970s shows at Disneyland when I lived in Anaheim, CA.
