Finally, my first concluded TAS project. Meta Knight is so fast and epic and this no-damage speedrun abslutely shows this.

I've been trying to do a speed run on this, you put me to shame. All I want to do is get under an hour though.

If you're doing a non-TAS speedrun, the general times float from 50min to 1:30h.

I felt humiliated by my own video too. I tried to do non-TAS speedruns but they were just not too good.
