no matter what happened, that ruddor control was simply amazing.

@mjm9536 i agree on the flex of the wings.. that was a short field landing..i think a little more power would have made nicer landing..the thing is the companies dont want the pilots doing hard landings...perfect crosswind landing other then the hard landing...

Not easy landing an A380 on a R/C field...

@oracle2world Its Qantas faggot
-
how come it swerved when it landed?
-
The pilots wife must have had a chiropractic clinic in the terminal.
-
@GolfgreenThe lol'd. high five.
-
@mjm9536 you mad bro?
-
that landing must have injured passengars.

Why the yaw? Is this plane jinxed? Quantas almost-buy-the-farm engine failure, taking out a plane at Kennedy, a meals-on-wheels falling on a wing.
And why the f* was this plane at Oshkosh? Certifying it fit to display for aeroplane junkies?

@GolfgreenThe to you and everyone else, THEY ARE MADE TO FLEX and a hell of a lot more than that. look up some videos of stress tests on modern airliner wings. they tips will damn near go vertical before the fail. or look at any modern airliner IN FLIGHT versus static on the ground the wings have a good amount of flex at cruise even with no turbulence

@mrpeopleonfire Those wings are a design masterpiece. They cover an area up to 840m square allowing the A380 to land at 135k, the same as an A320, yet it is 7 times its weight. Given the configuration of the landing gear, it is no more damaging to a runway surface than a 747.
