A long video really only of interest to keen WWII buffs and those interested in the V1.
This site in Croisette, Northern France, consists of only three visable structures. I only spotted it whilst trying to get to Siracourt.
The main structure is the V1 assembly building. Close by is part of what I think is the ski-shaped assembly building and an underground shelter/store of some sort. I could not see any other significant structures or ramps.
One curious part was the bath shaped room I discovered (about 4 min 40 in). Anyone know what this is?
Please take a look at Video History Today http://www.videohistorytoday.com , the first web site to offer unique collections of re-usable original video clips designed for teachers and students.
The idea behind Video History Today is to give schools the raw material to make mini-documentaries and video essays on historical subjects.
Initial packages focus on World War I (Somme and Ieper areas), The Holocaust, the American Civil War and D-Day & Normandy 1944.
Yes it is a bunker, but its automatic water troughs on the sides and cow chain tethers mean it was a byer after the war. The grain/feed hopper is the bath thing and the hole cut out after the roof was built is for the auger pull the feed up. cheers

Absolutely fascinating! I wish I lived closer so I could explore these WWII remnants as well!
