@nov3019892008 I no longer live in the UK, but am sure Scunthorpe Steelworks is still open and making rails. Now owned by TATA, I think.

That was so exciting, nearly blew my bobble hat off!
(I've worked there 32 years in engineering, my worked all his life in the rail traffic dept.)
