BAckup all ur minecraft files in the .minecraft folder, then just replace the .jar file located in the bin folder with the downloaded one.

@Earitated07 Yes but it's not leaked if the developer releases it to an obscure location. Leaked implies stolen and given to people who give it to others and so on and so forth.
