  • this is fantastic, thanku!

  • @soccerballer87 when i injured mine, i used the resistance band and did exercises such as seated shoulder press, front and side lateral raises for about four months before i started lifting weights again and i used super light weights for about a month in a half and am still working my way back up.

  • stay away from bench press and shoulder press. if you start with dumbell near your abdomen, rotate arm outward. this helped me when first injured. now its beyond that. having MRI tomorrow to see if i need surgery.

  • i seperated mine too, also snowboarding. i use a warm heating pad on the parts where its sore and do certain workouts. just by moving my shoulder around to parts where its hurts, its getting better but my doctor said that it will be fine throughout my life but there will be that deformity with the clavicle sticking up forever. its in gods hands, hopefully it will be fine and i can continue going to the gym.

  • how do you heal theses tendons.i thought i had a torn rotator cuff but it more my bicep tendon..he kinda had a sharp pain in my armpit.

  • @soccerballer87 Yah, me too.. i got a ac separation from snowboarding..... :(

    hows you arm now??

  • Wow thank-you sir

  • wank

  • I injured the AC joint while snowboarding about 10 months ago. Now when I try to lift weights the area is fatigued easily and is really sore. What sort of exercises can I do to strengthen this area?

    Thanks for any suggestions.
