@lalacakez01 everything you think you know about Khmer history is a lie. Khmer are an almagamation of Austroasiatic people. Funan is not Khmer, coastal region was ruled by Austronesians. Original Phra thong legend (Thong is a Mon name btw) taken from royal records of cambodia has the region being ruled by a Cham king (Austronesian). Chenla kings Bhavarvaman and Citrasena came from north of Cambodia. No Khmer connection there. Jayavarman II came was either related to Funan (Austronesian)
