Lots of history in this song that Charlie Lloyd wrote in 1930. Back when Dillon Wallace's expedition travelled this area of Labrador in the summer of 1905, there was a single hovel at Tishialuk occupied by two brothers - John and Sam Cove - and their sister. Their only food was flour, and a limited quantity of that. Thanks for sharing. :-)
