Grind For Life Skateboard Benefit Nov. 2008

Video footage of the 6th annual Grind For Life Benefit held Nvo. 15-17th, 2008 at the Cocoa Beach Skate Park. Features the following skateboarders: Andy Macdonald, Benji Galloway, Tim Johnson, AJ Kohn, Buck Smith, Mike Rogers, and many others ripping it up at the Cocoa Beach Skate Park.

Grind For Life was founded in 2003, by life-long skateboarder Mike Rogers, after his second battle with sarcoma cancer.

The mission of the Grind For Life organization is to provide financial assistance to cancer patients and their families when traveling long distances to doctors and hospitals. In addition, Grind For Life educates and inspires these patients and families concerning cancer survival and recovery. Those who qualify may request assistance for travel and lodging expenses, meal and personal needs. Funds for the organization are raised by hosting skateboarding events and festivals.

amazing at what you can do on these things. If I tried this, I would end up in the ER quickly. What a great benefit. I think a little Christmas present would be nice for this org
