Une nouvelle séquence de Pixifoly, la séquence de jeux vidéo de l'émission Vitamine. Cette fois, c'est le jeu beach-head qui sert de fil rouge à l'émission avec Mélanie en reporter de guerre.
Hi, Even for a french, it's difficult to anderstand why they spent 7 minutes to do a bad demonstration of a game. 1 minute would have been enough to do better. They had a big imagination to create a delirious story based upon this game. It's probably surrealism.
Thanks mate, I'd forgotten all about leaving this comment, but at the time I saw this video I did wonder what the heck was going on. It was the inclusion of scenes from the classic Beach Head that made me wonder. I never realised this was so old, if this show was on in 1983 then that was around the same time as the game. Never knew there was any games shows back then. Although it was clearly no match for the mighty Gamesmaster LOL. Cheers for this m8 ;)
Hi there! This is just a sequence taken from a french TV show for children called "Pixi Foly" (from 1983 or so). This program was a combination of games, acting, etc.But the main purpose was to introduce the audience to new video games releases. I think it was the first TV show I've ever seen about video games and I was totaly hypnotised! More than 20 years later I still watch TV shows about video games, but, hey...what an evolution! Who could imagine such graphical progress in such few years.
That was absolutely mental to be quite honest lol. What was all that about? Beach Head is one of the first computer games I ever played and is still a firm fave of mine which I still play every now & again to this day. I'd love to know what all that was about in the video though, but as I know very little french I suppose i'll have to guess.
As we British would say, it's barking mad lol
