The great debate on how much - or how little - Barack Obama would change US foreign policy especially with regard to the Middle East, still continues.

Ghada Karmi, a research fellow at the Institute of Arab and Islamic Studies at Exeter University in the UK, told Al Jazeera, that despite Obama's platform for "change" - there is little difference between Democrats and Republicans foreign policy vision.

  • OUR ONLY GOOD CHOICE IS RALPH NADER

  • Sadly, these two women have succinctly and accurately described the entire situation. US foreign policy in the ME is rabidly and unconditionally pro-Israel and they are not in our control. Rather our political system vis a vis the ME is in AIPAC's control.

I'm supporting Nader because his foreign policy makes common sense. We need a two state solution in Israel and Palestine. We need to end US presence in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Thank you for posting this video.

  • @mav2400 Look. You're too stupid for me to waste anymore time on. Ofcourse I knew there are, as you say, Israeli Christians/Arabs/Muslims, but my point was not that these people dont exist, just that the vast, vast majority of Palestinian Christians living in exile see themselves as PALESTINIANS, not Israelis. Ive been to Israel and Palestine, have you? Have you been to the Middle East? Have you ever left the United States? You come accross like a kid, so I wont waste my time. Bye.

  • @AndreHiltre

The French resistance was wrong to use terrorism again the Nazis. They engaged in military operations without uniforms, which is against the Geneva convention. They also harmed many innocent people. I can never condone terrorism even if I do think the cause is just.

  • @AndreHiltre

You say I'm stupid, but you didn't even know there were Christian or Muslim Israeli citizens. It sounds like you need to stop listening to your pro-Arab propaganda on Al Jazeera and start watching cnn. I have heard of the massacre at the King David Hotel, and that was very bad. The only difference is that Israelis don't do that anymore, while a lot of Palestinians do.

  • @mav2400 You are an animal. You're not willing to read or learn the truth, just to repeat propaganda you've picked up on the tv. You're pathetic. By your last statement you are inferring that the French Resistance were wrong to blow up Nazis. If you hate terrorism then how do you explain the terrorists who founded Israel? They blew up many British soldiers in Palestine. Know about the King David hotel massacre? Probably not, you stupid fuck. Im not wasting aby more time on vermin like you.

  • @AndreHiltre

I'm personally in favor of a free Palestinian State in the West Bank (excluding Jerusalem and surrounding areas). They just have to make sure this Palestinian State is democratic and recognizes Israel's right to exist.

  • @AndreHiltre

I would not go extreme because it would automatically give my enemies a legitimate reason to clamp down even harder. I prefer the methods of Gandhi and MLK.

I won't go into the history of Israel, but l personally don't believe in a Palestinian ethnicity. These are just Arab Jordanians who want their own State. Besides, the Arabs are the losers. They fought three wars against Israel, and they lost over and over AND OVER again. They're lucky they got Gaza back.

  • @mav2400 And you should try to educate yourself if your going to get on the internet and talk about, you wouldnt want to be an unwitting tool of the zionist propaganda machine would you? Please look up and read an article by Bernard Sabella, Associate professor of Sociology at Bethlehem University, Palestine. Also get reading on Afif Safieh, from one of the oldest Christian families in Jerusalem, a PLO spokesman and activist, and highly intelligent man.

  • @mav2400 They hate Israel and they dont like the extremist reaction against Israeli brutality: Hamas. You cant blame the Palestinian people for turning to hard line parties when they have been kicked out of their homes and brutalised for 40 years. What would Americans do if the Russians occupied you and made your children live in camps? You'd go extreme!

And as you like percentages chew on these: 1917 the population of Palestine was 5% Jewish, 28% Christian, 60% Muslim and 7% other.

  • @AndreHiltre

Ah how wrong you are. 2.1 percent of Israelis are Christian (16.8 percent are Muslim), and they do live peacefully in Israel. I also KNOW Christians are chased out by Hamas because I met a Christian Palestinian family in Dearborne, Michigan. They don't particularly like Israel, but they sure as hell hate Hamas.

  • @mav2400 There are no Israeli Christians. Israel is a modern state, and Christians have lived in Palestine for 2,000 years. Furthermore the modern State of Israel has been established as a Jewish State, on top of a country that was overwhelmingly a mix of Muslim and Christian, with other small sects aswell. Im not going to get into the criminal acts of Zionists is dispossessing people from their land, but I will say that you KNOW that Hamas chases out Christians, you hear that in the media
