i need changes. desperately. i'm just going through the motions (losing all my drive, i can't even see.. if this is really me.. and i just want to be.. ALIVE!). sorry. had a buffy moment.

i'm seriously fucking up my life because it needs to change. and i'm too much of a coward to SAY that i need a change. a big one.

it's amazing what losing weight can do for your self esteem.

it is so hard. it took me hitting rock bottom a week ago to really SCARE me into making/starting these changes. i know it is going to be hard but I never want to be in that dark of a place, ever again.

Adam, your story reminds me so much of a friend of mine. The parallels are uncanny.

In the end, he found out through therapy that the over eating had a lot to do with the deeper issue of masking his sexuality.

Now he is "out" and living the life he wants with an awesome partner and he has a better control of his over eating.

Not that this is YOUR particular inner problem! But I suggest you dig deep and fix YOUR inner issue(s) and hopefully you too will regain control and be happier.
