I saw this being used by another Ytber, HealthyHairMission - and since I have my own sewing machine, I went ahead and made my own. I have seen these for $8.95 in Walmart, but the fabric is not as pretty. :) The plastic I used for mine was from a vacuum space bag that I had that I wasn't using anymore since it had a hole in it. I use mine for overnight deep conditioning, as well as under my dryer. I wash it by hand with regular laundry detergent. It works awesomely!!!!! I recommend it!!!
