Well here is another video update, sorry but no time laps video in this one. We worked like mad to get the car ready for an event at MotorSport Ranch. There were around 500 people at the event and we had many great comments and interested people look at the car. At this point we are done with fiber glassing and are now working on shaping the body and all the various lines that make it unique. We will be doing this for the next few weeks until its ready for the mold process. Also we will be installing part of the chassis to check clearances of suspension, wheels/tires and seating.

  • its a BMW that now weighs 100X more then when it was made by BMW

  • @emersiveav Keep watching the videos... This is not the actual finished car this is what will be used to product the body panels for the production version. The Blade is estimated to weigh in at 2400lbs.

  • Is there a market for a car like this when the economy is down?

I guess you would sell a few and that would be enough to profit and contiinue to develop future BXR's...

But $80k...it's a nice car but if I had that kinda of money there's 4 other cars on the list I would get before a BXr..

    All the best. good luck.

  • @THEJEDEYEMASTER Yes there is huge market for these cars. And the economy being in the state that its in is actually a good thing for the little guys trying to break out and develop something new. When we finished our car i think you will be surprised at the quality and performance over some of the other cars you would rather get first.

  • How do you get it street legalized? This car is stunning by the way, i almost cried.

  • @avalableusername Don't Cry... Oh its a lot of paper work... but we have some dealers that will set us up with VIN numbers and register the car for us.
