My mom has a rendition of this, it is a Honduran recipe. I have also tried shrimp etoufee at a Cuban restaurant. Absolutely delish!

Loved it. I'm not a really into brown sugar add ins but I just left that step out. Also I used the blender for whole chili pods. Used three different kinds. This is so good with yellow rice
