How did you delete the black wall at the end of runway 9 after the conversion? I can't see it in overlay editor.

is scenery converson legal so as long as you have the fsx and fs9 games and if its default scenery or paywre that you own

I'm running on a Mac and can't convert the FlyTampa. I've seen a lot of mac users who have done it so I know it's possible. Does anybody have any suggestions for me?

It's the X-Plane Freeware Project 747-400 for X-Plane 8 (even though it works in v9) and its the GE engine version

Its the FlyTampa scenery for Microsoft Flight Sim, converted to X-Plane using FS2XPLANE. The scenery is called FlyTampa St-Maarten.

You would use Overlay editor or World Editor. WED is on your XP9 DVD in the extras folder.
