Maybe, if you know what your doing. I would try looking for the game music in the properties, find target area.

Ahh I've downloaded grid wars 2 but the game screen doesn't move like it does in this vid... It only stays in the one spot... Is this a different version of grid wars 2? Where did you download this version from?

you can adjust the settings by pressing the escape button and going to settings. then click Video settings.

Now there should be a scroll option in like the top area and a playfeild size under the screen setting.
