They should name the rules changes for leaving the feet to make a check and aiming for the head "The Scott Stevens Rule 1" and The Scott Stevens Rule 2" He was a merciless career-killer in the NHL.

@Puchmayr4 There are no rules to checks to the head. There are rules to blindside checks to the head how come people seem to not get this. Stevens hit them square in the center.
