This footage is from 2002 in New Orleans. I never quite understood, but there are grifters on the street that try and trick you out of money by using riddles, that you hear in 2nd Grade. On this video, he shows us the old, "I bet I can spell your last name, if you just tell me your first name." Then he goes on to spell "y-o-u....." You can actually hear me spelling that before him. After they got you with the riddle, then they clean your shoes. Then you're supposed to pay them. It's really strange. Apparently, guys like this have been around forever. Still, it's pretty funny.
