Ferrari F40 Last Look before it's Sold

Last look at a friends Ferrari F40 before it's collected and sold. 
Just beautiful in all areas but just not pratical on the streets and that's such a shame for this type of car. He doesn't just collect cars he also drives them and he's a bloody damn good driver too. This car needs a race track!

And just so you know that I know I said he has owned the F40 for forty years, I meant twenty years as he got it brandnew in 1992!

@turbotdi2002 You know I've never gave it a thought to ask as it really doesn't make a difference because he's rich as hell and I'm not. Don't want to go that route as he may think I'm after his money maybe. But if he says I will let you know but I can imagine it went for a lot as he sold it to a guy from Dubai

@Fredman612 Yes it was as it was his favourite car and mine too but just not practical for this type of car to be caged on the road, it needs to be raced and enjoyed to the max as that's what it was built for. Thanks for watching:-)

@kaerfirarref Well he did do the Nordschleife twice and set a very good pace. But he's not enjoying the car enough on the road and it's such a shame for that V8. He's got a beautiful 275GTS V12 that he does rally's in and it's better for road driving. But what I'm hoping is to see is his latest Ferrari BB which he bought. He said nothing and that was the first time I saw it, he tried to turn it but battery was to low:-( Btw, how is your knowledge on 1:10 RC cars? It's my new hobby:-)

@bloximonkey It's not mine! But it's not about the money it's about using this car and it's just not practical on today's roads. It just needs to be set free on a race track. It's just a very powerful Go-Cart really, there's no electronic safety features too. Am not sure what he will replace it with but I'm sure it possible could be another Ferrari or a Jaguar:-) Thanks for watching

@rrpl430 Yes you're right it's the GTS with its 3.3 V12. After this they made the 250GTO which wasn't here but this sweet 275GTS is such a practical Ferrari with a big luggage boot. Thanks for watching
