Meditation/First Psi-ball

NOTE TO SKEPTICS: My hands to you might seem like they're moving but at the time of filming I had not moved them once (to my knowledge). They somehow moved on their own. I had my eyes closed and was in a completely calm and relaxed state the whole time because I was trying to visualize me squeezing a relatively small beach ball. When I started to notice force pushing back on my hands I had to end it...It freaked me right the hell out. Any feedback would be great.

skeptics are allowed to post their opinions and ideas..but please be respectful when doing so...I'm kinda irritated that even when I'm not around so much I still come back to find the cliche' "know it all" skeptics..if you have an opinion..express it..just be respectful. I'm glad to see this vid has weeded out all the "know it all" skeptics and as promised I will be offering up another go at the psi wheel, just been too stressed with 2 jobs a gf and college..all of it is a bit overwhelming. Any time I am actually able to BE at home I am either sleeping, working on homework or paying bills. ~.~ Anywho, with my cam fixed and a little free time I will post a new vid next week (for real this time lol) Thank you all (who believe) for your kind words and support ^_^

the force pushing back is the psi ball becoming unstable. when this happens visualize a ball that looks like it has a person in it pushing outwards and making hills on the ball then imagine freeing the person and the hills stop.

this should stabilize the psi ball.
