Why arnt Monsanto closed down because of all the shit they produce and enviromental they cause, its shocking that they get away with this. In the US Monsanto well in with some Republican Party people and the Blackwater company. They are EVIL.

the 'sulphur' odour is more likely to be either some kind of benzene, volatile organic compounds or pcb - i would strongly advise staying away from this area...i would definitely advise not taking dogs anywhere near this...it is most likely highly toxic!!!
