@lovejen01 And the convention against torture makes it illegal against all people, civilian and military alike. Those who order the torture are as culpable as those who carry it out. And if you don't believe waterboarding is torture, go and get yourself waterboarded - by a professional - if an amateur tries it, you could drown and die - and then you can say if it's torture. Look up Mancow and Keith Olbermann and waterboarding.
