What I do know is that once an application is launched, it's cached into memory. So let's say you close the application, then later on open it. It should open a little faster and not have to search the hard drive to open it.

I'm hoping for a visual explanation from Mrbit10 explaining true SMP using two glasses of brandy. he he... just kidding Mrbit. =]
