Guild Wars AI issues: heroes ignoring flag settings

This video shows a successful attempt at reproducing a bug in Hero Battles. The R/W is flagged on the Center shrine and set to the "Defend" behavior setting. However, in certain situations it's possible to lure the hero away from the shrine and make it ignore his flag altogether. This bug happens to heroes with ranged weapons as well although it happens less often in that case. Note that there's no way to stop the hero from chasing its target once this bug is triggered unless the target moves too far away.
