Official offroad Test 2011 Range Rover Sport. Five members of the RRS UK forum do an official off-road test of the new MY11 Sport. Sports from 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and the new MY11 tackle the deep mudholes around the Black Spur in Victoria.

Special thanks to 2nd Rower and Rimini Red for putting this incredible weekend together. While 2nd doesn't appear in the credits, he shares the driving with Working Dog in the White TDV8.

  • Most are TDV6 2.7 with the exception of the red and white TDV8's.

  • Let the toyota lead the way LOL

  • @Kcodez Actually the Toyota was our local guide from the nearby 4WD Tour Centre - so yeah - makes sense to let them lead.

  • This is awesome and makes me never want another SUV besides my Rover.

Did all members change their tyres, or are you running stock setup? Please let me know what brand/model you are all running & PSI, etc.

    THX!

  • @ThugProductions Most people ran their road rubber/daily driver tyres to this event.

I was running a set of Cooper Zeon LTZ's 285/60/18 dropped down to around 24psi.

Some of the guys only dropped pressures to 28.

  • very nice video!!

What is first music ? Very Cool!!

I have 2nd range rover, but do not have the experience of running in the off-road.

  • @90PRADO The first music is a Black Eyed Peas track mate.

  • well done :)

  • What engines are in those models, V8 or V6?

  • some rubber on the gray (graphite) and a red RRS?))

    great tires!

  • Did anyone see a woman fall at 01:37 ??

  • Very nice video. And I am a Land Rover lover myself. But, I must say it makes me sad to see all those magnificent piece british engineering insulted with "road tires" on an off-road track ? :( I can never stand a person making an RRS looks like it has to struggle :D or even rev up to cross something :/ It can do it on its own with low revs but with appropriate tires. Still all of them did all the course, hats of to the engineering !!! Love em!
