Since this is a Dair video. They of course are together at the beginning. As time went on, conflicts and everything possible went wrong with their relationship. It made things so bad that she became so stressed over it and could take the struggle any longer. He was the same way. Ending it shortly after. So wanting a companion to take place for each other, they went to the two people they knew would take them in. Though it was what they wanted, it never took place of what they had before. Eventually going back and taking the passion they had for each other out for one last time.
Okay maybe i'll go more in debth with this later...
