Apparently there was also supposed to be a musical number with this episode but the Australians sucking as much as they do decided to remove it for more commercials so I'll have to wait for the episode to be aired over here.

@70bellboy Harley was created for BTAS in the 90s and then brought over to the comics.

It's a nice touch that Bats turns into a harp-playing angel after he dies. That's a really old cartoon convention and it fits in perfectly with the Joker's mad design.
