The music is very similar to the super metroid boss that gets you the super missle... as is the battle itself.

@Bond335 To be fair, they did republish Yoshi's Island on the GBA with Yoshi's new voice you hear in this video and it did fit the game. But I agree this boss music is awful, especially in comparison to the original's epic sound track.
