Cousin Happy makes bail and Uncle Vic shows Coco how to make bruschetta. In a bowl mix:
Three large tomatoes
Fresh chopped basil
Fresh chopped onions
Oregano (a little bit)
Garlic
Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Mix all these to taste!
Spread this concoction on a sliced baguette, which you have already laid-out on a baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees (200 Celsius) for 6-8 minutes (watch it so it doesn't burn). YUM!!
